Revisting Memory Lane

How time flies since I last visited Hong Kong two years ago?! Would there be much changes since I last seen them?
I will be wise this time not to hasten my steps when walking the streets in Kowloon or at the Hong Kong Island, but to take a breather to enjoy the bustling activities around - the many winding corners of road paths;

the brisk-walking of people and the moving vehicles. Also, I will want to savour the country's delicacy of its chinese cuisines and the many beautiful scenes.

This week long trip is no doubt a revist of memory lane for me and it certainly will bring forth lots of wonderful experience and encounter for me.

Do we all have Time for Changes?

Since mankind embraced civilization and adopted new age ideas, we just followed the pack and running all the time to wherever our destination is.

We keep going and running ahead because we don't have enough time! If we paused for breather, we will lose in the rat race, and for that our society will not tolerate. We become losers in that sense. This mentality has been dominant since we were born, with or without acceptance in our young lives.

So we just keep moving and running always against time in our way of life. Question here is, do we have just that little bit of time to stop and appreciate the changes that time has on us and our surroundings? It is like jogging in the forest, the runner is oblivious to his changing scenery with passing time. All he cares about is to reach the end to claim his award.

Yes, time waits for no man, and it definitely brings changes as it moves and evolves. We must use the best of time in our daily life's pursuits to learn; appreciate and adapt changes - for good and bad, to embrace it so as not to "live with regrets".
